The MasterClass training in Complex Negotiation provided by ADN and organized by SIMERA was an eye opener, with both very substantial and in-depth scientific and theoratical knowledge given by Laurent Combalbert, ADN founder and CPN (Ceritifed Professional Negotiator) as well as being fully practice-oriented. With the case studies provided and real life role plays/situations, I have been able to get a first hand experience.
This was most certainly one of the best training I have ever attended. The venue, materials and facilitation was excellent and without any hesitation, I would recommend this training to all Senior Managers and Executives interested in understanding and mastering the various complexities of negotiation
